The EcoDisplay Controller is a versatile electronic ink display management system designed for a wide range of applications. It supports various types of displays, including black-and-white displays with 16 shades of gray at a diagonal of 31.2″ and 42″, as well as color displays at the same diagonal and resolution. The EcoDisplay Controller offers flexible connectivity options and supports up to three communication methods: Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and LAN. Choose the most convenient and suitable connection option based on your needs. The EcoDisplay Controller can operate either from a power source or a battery, providing flexibility in power supply. Additionally, it is compatible with various peripheral devices such as buttons and sensors for lighting, motion, temperature, smoke, and more. When operating on battery power, certain functions that require continuous internet access may be unavailable. In the maximum power-saving mode, some types of peripheral devices, such as buttons and motion sensors, are polled periodically. The EcoDisplay Controller is energy-efficient, consuming approximately 2W in normal mode, around 0.5W in power-saving mode, and transitioning to a hibernation mode with consumption below 0.05W when possible. The EcoDisplay Controller supports software and content updates from the EcoDisplay. Management of scenarios, data collection, and viewing statistics, as well as device configuration, are handled on the EcoDisplay.
